Here are our products at an overview:

Protects the business owner's legal liability to a Third Party who has suffered from bodily injury or property damage, resulting from your business.

Additional Extension Covers

Work Away Risks

An extension to third party liability, covering the policyholder's liability when conducting work-related activities at other premises.

Product Liability

The policyholder is indemnified for their legal liability to pay damages to third parties, arising from a product of the Insured.

Professional Liability

The policyholder is indemnified for their legal liability to pay claims costs as a result of a breach of their professional duty, which has resulted in the financial loss to a client.

Directors & Officer's Liability

The Directors and Officers or organisation itself is indemnified for their financial losses as a result of a breach of a Director or Officer in their professional capacity.

Covers accidental loss or damage to the Insured's property.

Additional Extension Covers

Business Interruption

Additional expenditure as a direct result of damage to the Insured's business, which interrupts the business. Including: Alternative temporary accommodation; Increased cost of working;Loss of gross profits.

Increased cost of working

Increased costs incurred to limit reduction in turnover and maintain normal business operations, following a property damage loss.

Machinery Breakdown

Covers sudden and unforeseen accidental loss or damage due to insured perils of the machinery insured in this section.

Deterioration of stock

Covers refrigerated stock against damage at the premises, as a result of deterioration or putrefaction following an admissible claim under machinery breakdown section.

Electronic Equipment

Breakdown of computers, electronic data processing systems due to insured perils.

Personnel Effects

Damage to clothing and personal effects whilst at the Premises.

Goods in Transit

Loss of cargo whilst in transit within the territorial limit.

Money

Loss of business money whilst in transit within the territorial limit and within the custody of the Insured/ authorised employee. Loss of business money whilst at the Business Premises.

Fidelity Guarantee

Loss of money or goods belonging to or legally held by the Insured, as a result of any act of fraud or dishonesty of employee(s).
